When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments), and the personalisation details you provide, including a child's first name and any optional details you choose to share.
We do not collect photographs of children. We do not require a child's surname, date of birth, or any other identifying information beyond a first name.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to create and deliver your personalised story. We do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your email address is used to deliver your order and to respond to any enquiries you send us.
Children's data
We take the privacy of children seriously. In compliance with the UK GDPR and the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code, we collect only the minimum information necessary to personalise your child's story. A first name is the only child data we require. Any additional details you share are used solely for story creation and are not stored beyond the fulfilment of your order.
Data retention
Order information is retained for a period of 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting requirements. Personalisation details provided for story creation are not retained beyond the delivery of your order.
Your rights
