How long does it take to receive my story? Every story is crafted individually. You will receive your personalised audio story by email within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order.

What do I receive with my order? You will receive two files by email: a high quality MP3 audio file of your child's personalised story, and a full written transcript so you can read the story aloud to them yourself whenever you like.

Which age group should I choose? We offer three story tiers, each crafted to match your child's attention span and imagination:

2 to 4 Years - Little Dreamers
3 to 5 minutes | Naptime and wind-down

4 to 7 Years - Story Explorers
5 to 8 minutes | Bedtime story

7 to 10 Years - Big Adventures
8 to 12 minutes | Independent listening

Not sure which to pick? Choose the tier that matches your child's current age. As they grow, each new story can grow with them.

Can I give this as a gift? Absolutely. Elephant and Scribe makes a wonderful gift for birthdays, Christmas, new arrivals, and every occasion in between. Simply enter the child's name and details when you order, and we will deliver the story to your inbox ready to share.

Can I include extra personal details? Yes. On the product page there is an optional field where you can add details that make the story truly unique. A favourite toy, a pet's name, a best friend. We will weave them into the story naturally.

What if I am not happy with my story? We take great care with every story we create. If something is not right, please get in touch at elephantandscribe@outlook.com and we will make it right.

Please note: as all stories are created personally to order, we are unable to offer refunds once the audio file has been delivered.
